About Joy
Hi, my name is Joy Williams. I am 15 years old and like to bake. I started seriously baking 5 year ago. Now I am creating recipes and posting them on this website. My brother Jay Williams is the photographer of my creations. My little brother sorts the wheat for me, and I mill it. I do the baking and sometimes help my mom cook.

Joy, you do such a wonderful job baking all those goodies for the family. I am so glad we have been able to enjoy it with you.
In a few weeks we will be with you again for 1st hand knowledge of all those goodies. Or should I say, 1st hand tasting!
